These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Mateja Ravnikar Coaching (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including The Inner Compass Method™ programs, free resources, discovery calls, and any other content or services we offer. By using our website, booking a call, subscribing to our list, or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

We provide coaching, mentoring, and related educational content for women transitioning from professional careers into entrepreneurship, including:

  • Free resources and lead magnets (e.g. the Compass Check-In).
  • Discovery calls (Compass Call), booked via TidyCal and conducted via Zoom.
  • The Inner Compass Method™ program, offered in three tiers: Self-Study, Inner Compass Circle, and Inner Compass Private.
  • Individual and group coaching
  • Other content, communications, and community offerings we may introduce from time to time.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using our website or services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Not Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice

Coaching provided by Mateja Ravnikar Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Our programs are educational and developmental in nature. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need medical care, please seek support from a qualified professional. You are responsible for decisions you make in your personal or professional life, including those made during or after coaching.

5. Purchases and Payment

Programs and offers are purchased through our website, with payments processed via Kajabi. By purchasing, you agree to pay the listed price, including any applicable taxes. Prices and program details may change, but changes will not affect purchases already made. Our refund and cancellation terms are set out in a separate Refund Policy provided at the time of purchase.

6. Bookings and Calls

Discovery calls and coaching sessions are scheduled via TidyCal and conducted via Zoom. Please arrive on time and provide accurate contact information when booking. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a call with reasonable notice where necessary.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our programs — including The Inner Compass Method™, the Compass Check-In™, written materials, frameworks, videos, and branding — is the intellectual property of Mateja Ravnikar Coaching, unless otherwise credited (for example, the R.I.S.E. Sequence™, attributed to Lenka Lutonska of Business Energetics Academy®). You may not copy, distribute, resell, or repurpose our materials without our prior written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

When using our website or participating in our programs or community spaces, you agree not to:

  • Share program materials, recordings, or content outside the program without permission.
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other participants or staff.
  • Attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with our website or systems.

9. Testimonials and Results

Any testimonials, case studies, or results shared on our website or in our marketing reflect individual experiences. Results vary, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes from participation in our programs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mateja Ravnikar Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Slovenian or EU law, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Our services rely on third-party platforms, including Kajabi (website, hosting, and payments), TidyCal (scheduling), and Zoom (video calls). We are not responsible for outages, errors, or issues caused by these third-party providers, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist if problems arise.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our programs or community spaces if you breach these Terms, without prejudice to any other rights we may have.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Slovenia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence as an EU consumer.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
